We specialize in systems for manufacturers and distributors. Our clients manufacture electronics, surgical equipment, shower stalls, railroad crossings, bumper boats, motors, farm equipment, vitamins and sporting goods. They grow oysters and trees.
They distribute veterinary supplies, RVs, trailers, produce, golf equipment, laundry equipment, construction supplies, office equipment and aircraft equipment.
We also support systems for non-profit agencies, service companies, medical care companies, insurance companies, retailers and a variety of other organizations.
We are experts in working with "source code" driven products – unique products that can be easily and inexpensively modified to fit any current or future special requirement of a business.
We also work to integrate your web site and hosted business software services with back-end accounting, inventory, manufacturing, customer relationship, and sales automation systems.
We are trained in the technologies required to support the products we install, but we also have extensive field experience with the day-to-day operations of many types of businesses, and a solid understanding of business accounting requirements and practices.
We don't walk away after your system is installed -- our primary business is the provision of ongoing support for accounting software systems, not the sale of software products. We design, install, convert, interface, configure, customize, train, update, trouble-shoot and consult to make your system successful.

We've been working with businesses and non profit organizations since 1976.
What is your primary product or service?
Business accounting software consulting and related services, including order processing and billing systems, inventory management systems, production management systems, payroll and general accounting systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We like the challenge of coming up with smart solutions to difficult business problems. Most software is written to address general business concerns, and does a poor job of address specific issues that are faced by individual businesses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not just software technicians. We have a great deal of experience in general accounting and business management. We have worked with retailers, wholesale distributors, manufacturers, service businesses and a variety of other types of businesses and organizations for over 35 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work from one location.
Which areas do you service?
We have clients nationwide and outside of the US.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

What are your hours of operation?
8 to 4, but we do maintenance and software installation work in the evening and on weekends when necessary to minimize disruptions to our business clients during normal business hours.
