How long have you been in business?
As MyPlaceToLearn, Inc since 2003, but we have been in the consulting/HR business for over 25 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Online courses and custom course development and/or conversion of classroom training to online products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We were seeing a real need from our clients to find ways to make delivery of training more efficient and economical. Taking training out of the classroom setting and onto the internet saves valuable time and resources, as well as providing the added benefit of on-going use of products. Now, an organization can hold one training session via the web and record it for unlimited internal use.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Being a small company, we are quite flexible and provide unparalleled client service in our industry. Each valued client works DIRECTLY with their assigned representative through every phase of development. Because of our limited size, we have the ability to be flexible in our costs and can help our clients find solutions, regardless of budget restrictions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location. However,since much of our business is conducted via the web we can, and do, service clients around the globe. In order to keep our overhead costs down, we add contracted support as needed to meet demands. Lately, it seems that growth is inevitable, but for now, we would like to keep the ability to maintain close and personal relationships with our clients.

Mitchell Anderson is our Chief Operations Officer and manages day to day operations. Becky Downard is Cheif Executive Officer and oversees corporate business.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific. Online - 24/7
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best would be, and has been, the excitement expressed by (countless) training managers and HR professionals who call to let us know how much easier and less stressful our products and services have made their lives. Our ultimate goal is to make any organization's training initiatives come to fruition and to show them how easy and inexpensive it can be to "have it all" available at their fingertips.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
My favorite quote is from Ghandi. "Be the change you want to see in the world". I think too often we tend to think we are powerless to change what we see around us. When in all actuality, the only constant in life is change, and the only limits we have are those we set for ourselves.
