How long have you been in business?
We have been making quality Evergreen Christmas Wreaths since my parents started the business in 1985.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily make Mixed Evergreen Christmas Wreaths for fundraising groups, like schools, sports teams, music and choir groups, Boy Scout Troops and any organization looking for and easy and profitable fundraiser.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the Christmas Tree and Christmas Wreath business since I was a kid helping out at the Tree Lot on SE 44th and Hawthorne. I have been a part of the Christmas Wreath industry all my life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a family business that makes florist quality wreaths for fundraising groups. We make about 30,000 wreaths ever year. We like to maintain quality control over our product so that each wreath we make is as great and full and fresh year after year. As opposed to the "big guys" who are industrially producing 500,000+ wreaths every year to sell to the big box stores.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just the one location, the family farm here in Troutdale, Oregon.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment! Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or even possibly a trade!
Which areas do you service?
We can ship our wreaths to all 50 states of the USA. We usually do not ship internationally.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Granstrom Evergreens L.L.C., is a family run business owned by Frank Granstrom and his two sons, Erik and Lars.
What are your hours of operation?
During our busy season of October through December we are usually open from 7am to 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday. Sundays by appointment. The rest of the year, January through September we are open by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they had a profitable and successful fundraiser for their group and everyone loved the quality of the wreaths!
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
That's an easy one; Matthew 10:16 "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." It means don't take any guff from people, but don't start fights either.
