Sales of residential and commercial real estate, and originating commercial loans
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started as a real estate broker in 1980. Have owned and operated multiple real estate and mortgage companies in three states. Stopped residential mortgages in 2009 and now advise buyers and sellers of all types of real estate as well as placing commercial loans.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Many years of experience and studying, always attempting to be on the forfront of the latest laws, rules and tecnhiques. Combined with intelligence and common sense, and the ability to read peoples needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One and no expansion plans
