We have been in business for almost 20 years
What is your primary product or service?
We write, edit and illustrate technical manuals of any kind. We also have created professional booklets for several companies. We take whatever information that is available and turn them into technical manuals that anyone can understand.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in writing, but it was while working for a company that wrote technical manuals that I realized how interested I was. When the position was no longer available, I started my own company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide high quality service, in a timely fashion, at a competitive price, with integrity. Customer service is vital to the success of our business. Our mission is to provide our customers with quality service, timely delivery and a competitive price so they will choose H. R. Unger & Associates
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now, we have one location but might be expanding in a year or two.
