Founder Bill Mitchell is a life-long learner dedicated to expanding his diverse knowledge of merchant practices from small to large and across multiple key industries since 1996. Prior to starting Merchant Concepts, Bill worked his way up in sales, while identifying many key components that were missing from service provided to clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Merchant Concepts does not sell products; we sell partnerships. We take great pride in the merchants we partner with, and make sure all our relationships are mutually beneficial and do not compromise any core business values on either side. Our promise to merchants is an unwavering commitment to the long-term success of their business, and we expect to be held as accountable to them as they are to their customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location in the Pearl District (Portland, OR).
Which areas do you service?
High-end retailers, luxury auto dealerships, hardware stores, and more.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Bill Mitchell is the Founder & CEO.

M-F 8am to 5pm.
