How long have you been in business?
I have been licensed since 1985 and with this company since 1990. Having moved 38 times in my life I feel as though I have been in real estate forever in one way or another.
What is your primary product or service?
Real Estae Sales
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Because my family moved a lot houses intrigued me. Then my 2nd job in Portland was with a commercial real estate company and I loved the energy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have patience and I listen to my buyers and sellers needs.
Provide detailed directions to your location
My office is located at 2275 W. Burnside, about 8 blocks west of I-405. We have parking on the east side of the building right off Burnside.
Which areas do you service?
I primarily work in the Portland Metro area although I have done business as far away as Seaside.
What are your hours of operation?
I work 7 days a week and mainly 8 AM-9:30 PM. Beyond that time is needed on occasion for negotiating contracts.
