SOLVE brings Oregonians together to improve the environment and build a legacy of stewardship. We focus on litter cleanup, invasive plant removal, native tree and shrub planting, and maintenance and monitoring in neighborhoods, parks and open spaces, and habitat restoration sites. SOLVE was established in 1969 by governor Tom McCall.
