How long have you been in business?
AER has been in business since 1997
What is your primary product or service?
We sell new and used exercise equipment, service and repair commercial and residential exercise equipment, have maintenance contract available and sell and install rubber flooring.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been involved in exercise since high school along with one of my brothers. This brother started his company in Seattle and got me interested in the business here in Portland.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
AER will never be the cheapest but will will always provide the best product, weather that be equipment, repairs or service. Quality isn't expensive, it is priceless. AER stands for "Attitude Equals Results". We believe that your Attitude will show in your work. A positive attitude equals positive results.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
AER has 1 location but we service SW Washington and Oregon from Portland to Eugene.

We are located behind the soccer fields of Tigard High School in the Hall Durham business park
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all types of payments

We service SW Washington and Oregon from Portland to Eugene
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Bill Severson is the founder and president and runs the day to day operations. Scott Saxton is a partner and runs the service department
What are your hours of operation?
Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm but will always make ourselves available for our customers
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That our field techs are doing a great job. They are the ones out on the front lines and representing our company.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Bible verse Romans 12;12 Be joyful in hope, patient in adversity and faithful in prayer. Quote - Quality isn't expensive, it's priceless
