After we had wrecked out Odyssey, the body shop made a mess of it during the repair. We took it to Autobella Northwest and they did a great job getting the crud out of it. Prior to our wreck, our kids had had their way with the interior and it was not good. Now it looks better than I have seen it since it was new.

I began in this industry in 1980 after high school. I have since started several operations that have been locally acquired.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The automotive industry is commonly tainted with negativity & gets demeaned due to the reputation of how customers are treated. We strive to overcome that problem. Autobella consistently delivers the best in customer service & quality in the industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Autobella is one location strong in NE Portland. Our long term plan is to expand into 25 locations from Seattle to San Diego over the next seven years.
