The B&B has been in business since 1993.
What is your primary product or service?
Lodging in a grand Victorian mansion in the Irvington neighborhood 1.5 miles northeast of downtown Portland. Our Victorian Apartment can serve as a vacation or corporate rental. We also host small weddings and special events.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We moved to Portland in 2002 as high tech refugees from San Francisco.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only B&B in Portland in a Victorian mansion. We allow guests to customize their stay with various levels of service. We offer our guests free soda, spring water, juice, whole fruit and snacks 24 hours a day.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location - unqiue.

We are located 1 block north of Broadway on NE 15th Ave. -- 4 blocks north the of the Lloyd Center Mall. You can walk to the max light rail stop in 12 minutes and go downtown for free.
