How long have you been in business?
I have been in business since 2006 designing wedding invitations, birth announcements and small business marketing material.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary service is graphic design. I have over 10 years experience in the design world where I worked in the advertising department for a major retailer. I have always designed invitations for people on the side and after having my two kids, I decided to design from home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've always had a love for the arts and took drawing courses when I was younger. It was a natural progression to continue taking those art classes and eventually attend art college.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because I worked in advertising for so long, I have a good amount of branding experience to offer my small business clients. I have a keen eye for detail and I love what I do.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently my office is here in Tigard and I have no plans to expand.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash, checks, major credit cards as well as Paypal.
Which areas do you service?
My clients are a very diverse group! I have small business and invitation clients in Texas, Hawaii, Washington, California, Virginia, Oregon and Puerto Rico just to name a few!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner/operator of my business.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 9:00 - 6:00 PM and weekends by apt. only
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment I have received from my clients is that I'm intuitive to their needs and/or style. I love that compliment.
