What is your primary product or service?
Primarily we work with small package (less than 70 lb) shippers spending over $500,000 a year to help them save on shipment costs and freight bill auditing. We also work with air freight, ocean freight, trucking and provide Import/export compliance consulting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Mike Erickson was a sales person for Airborne and noted that many of his customers did not know how to put their data together to obtain better small package shipment rates. So he connect with a very good data analyst and the two of them put together a winning product that is the main model for our business today.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We were the first company in the US to put this business model together as the center point of what we do. We also have an excellent small package shipment auditing program available. Beyond that we think we have the strongest group of ex vice presidents, and pricing analysts in the industry when it comes to the services we offer.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a corporate office in Portland and six vice presidents who operate from home offices around the US-two in California, one in Virginia, one in Tennessee, one in Pennsylvania, and one in North Carolina.

We are located at 10260 SW Greenburg Road suite 1020 Portland Oregon. Our offices are in the Lincoln Tower across from Washington Square Two. Take the Greenburg road exit from Highway 217 turn East on Oak and then turn left on the third driveway into the Lincoln complex. Our offices are located on the 10th floor of the Lincoln Tower. What type of payments do you accept?
Payment by check is our preferred method. We do not accept credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
USA and Europe are the main points we service but we do also work with clients with a global footprint which takes us to Asia and Latin America as well. We are not working with any clients from Africa or Eastern Europe or the Middle East at this time.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Mike Erickson owns the company and Scott Mocklin-Dwiggins is the operations manager.
