How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was previously the Chief Operating Officer of the business prior to acquiring the Portland Retail Store location
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because we are truly the only Factory Direct Designer Showroom in the Pacific Northwest, we differentiate ourselves by offering the best selection, service and overall value in teh industry
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just the Portland location for the time being. We could possibly expand in the coming years
