What is your primary product or service?
Master policy for real estate investors with multiple investment properties. This eliminates the billing confusion created by insurance company bills that provide only a policy number and a premium amount due. Real Estate investors are able to have one annual comprehensive converastion to review coverage for all of their properties. This also allows real estate investors the opportunity to leerage the insurance carriers for higher limits of coverage and lower cost Coverage Comparison - I provide my clients a side by comparison that identifies the coverage differences on one page for at least 3 different carriers. Unique investor perspective. I am a real estate investor myself and fully understand the need to keep the cost down but not give up coverage.

OR, WA are primary, We are licensed in 43 states and have my ability is strongest in the NW, but we have clients all over the US.
