How long have you been in business?
Strategies Group has been in business for over 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Sage 300 ERP and Sage CRM software including consulting, support and training on these products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a customer of Strategies Group as the CFO of one of their clients. While I loved the products, I was frustrated with the support I received. I bought the company in 2000 and quickly integrated the consulting and sales groups to better serve our clients. We now service over 1,700 clients across the United States.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We bring three things to table that help us provide the best support to our clients:
(1) Deep specific industry knowledge (we know the industries our clients work in)
(2) Local personnel in the markets we serve. Although most of our clients love our remote support, we are able to be onsite to help if appropriate.
(3) A customer-centric approach to our business. We are here to serve our clients. Period. They are the ONLY reason we are in business.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two office locations (Atlanta, GA and Portland, OR); however we have sales and consulting personnel in five different states.
